All requests should be submitted at least 48 business hours in advance of the desired release date.
Once you have submitted a request, you will receive a proof of your email from a member of our Web Content Team within two (2) business days. At that time, you must approve the proof before the email can be sent to your requested audiences. Only two proofs will be sent for each email created.
If you will be sending many emails throughout the academic year, please reach out to Dennis Irwin, email@example.com to gain access to managing your own emails going forward. We utilize MyEmma to handle the mass emails and provide training on how to build, created, and send your messaging to our campus community. We have many resources to send branded university emails on behalf of departments.
